Food and Beverage

We are currently seeking talented and motivated individual's to work on a part time basis in our Cerise Restaurant at the Forbury Hotel.  You will ensure that high standards are maintained at all times, and that all tasks are undertaken, including all food and beverage services to our restaurant and private dining rooms.

The successful candidate will be warm with guests and clients and able to work within the team, even in the most demanding of circumstances.

Dealing at the top-end you will be used to demanding and high profile clients who demand the best in friendly and professional service.

You will have:

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role

• A professional but relaxed approach

• A good knowledge of food and wine

You will always ensure great service, great food and be able to create a great environment for your colleges and guests.
