Dining at The Forbury is always special – and to celebrate the festive season, we’ve created a mouth-watering collection of menus. Festive lunches are available throughout December from £25 per person for a three course festive menu and festive novelties.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS
Please telephone the hotel to check availability and make a provisional booking.
Complete the booking form and return to the hotel with a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person. Bookings are only treated as confirmed when the non-refundable deposit of £10 per person has been paid. Please note this deposit cannot be used against the final balance if number of guests reduce. Provisional bookings will be held for no longer than 10 days. Full payment of the balance is required at least 14 days prior to the event or by 1st December, whichever is earlier. No refunds will be made for a cancellation or a decrease in the number of guests notified within 14 days of the event or after the 1st December 2010, whichever is earlier.
Up to 14 days prior to any party night the hotel reserves the right to amend any of the published entertainment or cancel the event and offer clients an alternative date.
